What we collect

We store the email address you submit, your consent choice, source, and submission timestamps. Optional survey answers may include your approximate number of teams, fantasy platforms, other fantasy sports, and your description of the hardest part of managing multiple teams.

Why we collect it

We use this information for FantasySportsOS early-access updates and invitations, beta selection, product research, and related launch communication. Survey answers help us invite a useful mix of multi-league managers and refine the product.

What joining does not do

Joining the list does not create an app account, does not collect payment, and does not sign you in automatically. Survey answers are optional and skipping them does not remove you from early access.

Service providers

Supabase stores the private early-access list and survey responses. When requested email communication is activated, an email delivery provider such as Resend may process your email address to deliver those messages. These providers may process data in the United States under their contractual privacy and security commitments.

Retention

We keep early-access information only while the early-access program and related launch communication require it, then delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion sooner.

Campaign attribution

When you arrive through an approved campaign link, we may save its source, medium, campaign code, and optional content code with your first application. These URL fields help us understand which promotions lead to saved applications. We do not use campaign cookies or browser storage. Repeat applications do not overwrite the original campaign. During monthly cleanup, we remove campaign detail older than 90 days, and no later than 120 days after collection, while preserving the application and consent record. Missing campaign data is treated as unknown.

Abuse prevention

Our server uses a daily keyed hash of the request IP address to limit repeated signup attempts. The signup counter stores no raw IP address or email. Expired counters become eligible for cleanup after 24 hours; this is not used for advertising or browsing profiles.

Sale, sharing, and tracking

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not load third-party advertising scripts or enable advertising personalization.

Optional website analytics

Only if you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures public page visits, early-access CTA clicks, successful email submissions, and completion of the optional questionnaire. We do not send email addresses, answers, account identifiers, URL query strings, or private draft content to Google Analytics. Google processes device and browser information and receives connection information such as your IP address to provide this service. Analytics cookies on this website expire after 60 days without automatic renewal. Your analytics choice is stored in this browser separately from email consent. Rejecting analytics does not affect signup or access; you can change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. We honor Global Privacy Control by leaving analytics off. Analytics is not installed in the private FSOS application or Editorial Studio.

Private support and feature requests

Support and feature suggestions currently go directly to hello@fantasysportsos.com through your email app. The website does not collect or save these messages. Mailbox and email-provider copies follow their separate retention settings; the application retention period below does not apply to direct email.

If website request forms are enabled in the future, we store your email address, message, topic and a request reference so Christopher can review and reply. These requests are private, not public roadmap posts. Your submitted address is not verified by the form, and submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing.

For those website forms, application copies are retained for 90 days, then removed by scheduled cleanup. A delayed cleanup can temporarily retain a copy longer; expired requests are hidden from the recovery page. Copies sent to our mailbox and email provider have separate retention settings and are not automatically removed with the application copy.

Those forms use short-lived keyed network identifiers for abuse prevention and keep minimal delivery status information. Form contents, references and Help search terms are not added to analytics. Please do not send passwords, sign-in links, API keys or sensitive league/account details.

For access or deletion questions, email hello@fantasysportsos.com. We may verify ownership before acting. Deleting an application record does not retract an email already sent.

Your privacy choices

Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, withdraw consent, unsubscribe, or object to direct marketing by emailing us at hello@fantasysportsos.com.
