Use Leagues to review the leagues available in your connected portfolio. Self-service Sleeper connection is not available in the current public app. If your invited account needs setup or its connected leagues look wrong, email hello@fantasysportsos.com for current setup instructions. Do not send your Sleeper password, a sign-in link or private league details. For a missing league, review the refresh state in Settings before contacting support. A missing league in FSOS does not mean it has been deleted from Sleeper.

Connecting and finding leagues

Decisions brings together items that may need your attention across leagues. Read the affected league and player context before recording your response. Recording a response in FSOS is not confirmation that a roster or lineup change has happened in Sleeper. Follow the link to Sleeper when you need to take a fantasy-platform action, and verify the result there. FSOS context can be delayed; check current information before acting.

Understand what recording a response in FSOS means and which actions still need to happen in Sleeper.

Decisions and actions in Sleeper

Does joining early access grant beta access? No. Beta sign-in uses the email attached to an invitation. Does recording a Decision change my Sleeper lineup? A recorded FSOS response is not a confirmed Sleeper transaction. Make and verify fantasy-platform actions in Sleeper. Will my support message be public? Your support email is not a public post, and sending it does not subscribe you to marketing. Mailbox and email-provider copies have their own retention; the application's 90-day request-storage policy does not mean those email copies are deleted after 90 days. Read the Privacy page before sending personal information. Can I suggest a feature? Email hello@fantasysportsos.com with the problem you would like to solve and what would make it easier. Christopher reviews ideas before deciding whether to publish a rewritten roadmap card. A request does not become a public post, a promise, a vote or a delivery date.

Frequently asked questions

Use the email attached to your invitation on the FSOS sign-in page. Open the secure link from that email. Joining the early-access list is not the same as receiving beta access. If the page says the link could not be completed, return to sign-in and request a new link; never send a sign-in link to support. If you do not have an invitation, use the public early-access form rather than trying another person's account.

Getting started and signing in

Settings shows the Last successful refresh and the current refresh status. A request to refresh is not itself evidence of a successful refresh. Wait for its result and check the timestamp. Times displayed in the browser use your device's local time settings when available. If information is marked stale or unavailable, do not treat it as current; check Sleeper before taking an action. If manual refresh is unavailable, contact support instead of repeatedly pressing the control.

Check refresh status, successful-refresh timestamps and stale information.

Refreshes, timestamps and stale information

Choose a response once and wait for the result. If you see “Save not confirmed,” it may already have been saved. Review the latest Decisions before trying again. Do not assume that an error-looking message proves nothing was recorded, and do not repeatedly submit the same response. The current tab will not automatically resend an unconfirmed save. If the latest Decisions still leave the outcome unclear, contact support with the approximate time and the wording of the message, without private league details.

If a Decision save is unconfirmed, review the latest Decisions before another attempt.

Saving a Decision safely

Check your connection, the visible sign-in state, and any refresh/status message. For an uncertain Decision save, review the latest Decisions before another attempt. Email hello@fantasysportsos.com with what you expected, what happened, the approximate time and time zone, your browser/device, and the exact non-sensitive error wording. Do not send passwords, sign-in links, API keys or sensitive league/account details. Christopher replies personally by email when appropriate; no response-time promise is made.

Troubleshoot an issue and email support without sharing passwords, sign-in links or sensitive league details.

Troubleshooting and contacting support

Open the FSOS app in your mobile browser and sign in with your invited email. Use the app navigation to move between your portfolio, leagues and Decisions. You can keep using the website without installing a separate native app. If the site offers an installation walkthrough, follow the instructions for your device; availability differs by browser. Avoid sharing screenshots that contain private league or account information.

Use FSOS in your mobile browser, with optional installation where supported.
